GTC is planning an extended maintenance window between 12:00 am and 6:00 am (CDT) March 13th, 2025. The upgrade will begin at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, March 12th and continue into the early morning on March 13th. The upgrade requires a reboot of the main telephone switch which will result in a telephone and 911 service interruption. The downtime is estimated at one to three hours; however, more time may be required to complete the process. This maintenance should have no impact on the Internet Service.
